The Weston Body Hardware lift-off moulded hinges are widely used for electrical cabinets and enclosures allowing doors to be quickly mounted or removed from frames.
Hinges are moulded in 15% glass-filled nylon with a 10mm diameter pin in grade 303 stainless steel, ultrasonically welded into lower half. Totally corrosion-resistant for indoor or outdoor use and self-lubricating to ensure hinge will not seize up or bind.
Doors lift-off fixed pin in bottom half of hinge. Use left-hand and right-hand together (opposed) when door is required to be permanently fixed.
Plant-on and secured through countersunk holes in hinge leaf.
